In this 3D flyover video for AMLI Redmond Way, I handled the full production pipeline utilizing Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve. I Collaborated directly with the client, modeling the architecture and interiors from CAD floorplans, building PBR materials and lighting, keyframing the animations, and compositing the final marketing footage for their downtown Redmond community. In this 3D visualization for AMLI Brookhaven, I took it from concept to final render. The focus was highlighting the luxury interiors and expansive green spaces that make this North Atlanta community stand out , driving renter interest and engaging the local market.
